We love matcha!!!

Hey Guys,

yesterday was the official matcha day! Yai, I missed it unfortunately because I had to work... So with a little delay my contribution to the tasty powder comes. I painted a picture of the most famous vegan in Germany Attila Hildmann wiiiiiiiiiith matcha (in the end I also used my water colours)! He is a popular chef and I often post some of his delicious recipes. I love him (his recipes :D).

da gestern der offizielle Matcha Tag war, poste ich hier noch meinen kleinen Beitrag. Ich habe ein Bild von Attila Hildmann gemalt mit Matcha. Es war echt cool, aber am Ende habe ich auch noch meine normalen Aquarellfarben genommen, da Matcha ziemlich teuer ist... Leider ist es nicht so perfekt geworden, da ich ein bisschen in Eile war. Ich hoffe es gefällt euch...

1 slice 1 minute

Hey Guys,

today you´ll experience a fast way to prepare an unbelievable tasty vegan breakfast or snack in one minute per slice. The idea just crossed my mind this morning. Try it! Taste it! Love it!

Hey ihr Süßen,

heute zeige ich euch ein total schnelles Rezept für ein veganes Frühstück oder einen Snack. Es dauert nur jeweils eine Minute pro Scheibe und ist mir heute morgen eingefallen! Ich hoffe euch gefällt mein "Rezept". 



What you need: avocado, lemon, salt, pepper, tomatoes and crisp bread

take some of the avocado out with the spoon and put it on the bread

Sqeeze the lemon, add salt and pepper

Cut the tomatoes in half and put them on the slice...Done!
Zutaten:
- eine halbe Avocado
- Zitrone
- Cherrytomaten 
- Salz und Pfeffer
- Knäckebrot

Kratze etwas von der Avocado mit dem Löffel aus und lege es auf das Knäckebrot. Drücke die Zitrone leicht über dem Brot aus und füge Salz und Pfeffer hinzu. Halbiere die Cherrytomaten und lege sie auf das wunderbar leckere Brot. Guten Appetit... Amy xx

A burger for heaven

Oh, yes! This is absolutely a burger for heaven. The burger is so tasty it could be the next american president. This burger will write the next number one song and unite the world in peace. It is a vegan burger!


it does´t only look fantastic, it also tastes delicious!
What you need for 2 servings

Tofu Burgers:
10.5 ounces tofu (300g)
2 onions
1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
1/3 cup canned corn (50g)
3/4 cup canned kidney beans (50g)
1/2 cup breadcrumps (60g)
2 level tsp sea salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp tomato paste
1 level tsp locust bean gum (you can also use: guar gum)
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil (70ml)

Salsa:
2 tomatos (approx. 250g)
11/4 cups kidney beans (200g)
2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red chili pepper
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Guacamole:
1 avocado
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

In addition:
lettuce for the burgers
2 sesame buns
1 cup tortilla chips (30g)

Preparation time

Mash the tofu with a fork in a big bowl. Peel the onions and wash the parsley. Put the two ingredients in a blender aaaand mix it! Rinse off the corn and kidney beans and allow to drain. Combine all the ingredients for the burgers, except the the vegetable oil, and knead well for 2 minutes.

Form 3 burgers from the mixture and fry the burgers in the heated oil. Roast the burger for 2 minutes over high heat on each side. Reduce the heat to medium and fry the burgers additional 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. 

For the salsa, wash and dice the tomatoes. Mix everything for the salsa.

For the guacamole, peel the avocado and remove the pit. Mash the pulp together with the lemon juice with a fork and add the salt and pepper. 

Now, the big final: Wash the lettuce and toast the sliced sesame buns. Place the lettuce and the burger on the bottom of the bread and add the salsa, tortilla chips and the freeh guacamole. There you go… A piece of heaven… A piece of peace…

What I like most about his books is that the recipes are made for everyone and they are really fast to cook. On the weekend I will post a video about his two books: VEGAN FOR FUN and VEGAN FOR FIT (The books came today and I was so excited! Love them...BUT more information on the weekend.
