#1: Three-layered goddess
2 plums
1 banana
5 tablespoons of yoghurt
Juice of 2 squeezed oranges
A splash of lemon
Cut the banana in half. Add everything to the blender except the yoghurt and half a banana. Blitz it! Then put the smoothie in a glass, add the yoghurt and the banana and there you go: a three-layered goddess of smoothies... Yummy!
