A burger for heaven
Oh, yes! This is absolutely a burger for heaven. The burger is so tasty it could be the next american president. This burger will write the next number one song and unite the world in peace. It is a vegan burger!
What you need for 2 servings
Tofu Burgers:
10.5 ounces tofu (300g)
2 onions
1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
1/3 cup canned corn (50g)
3/4 cup canned kidney beans (50g)
1/2 cup breadcrumps (60g)
2 level tsp sea salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp tomato paste
1 level tsp locust bean gum (you can also use: guar gum)
freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil (70ml)
Salsa:
2 tomatos (approx. 250g)
11/4 cups kidney beans (200g)
2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 red chili pepper
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Guacamole:
1 avocado
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
In addition:
lettuce for the burgers
2 sesame buns
1 cup tortilla chips (30g)
Some motivation for you...
Mash the tofu with a fork in a big bowl. Peel the onions and wash the parsley. Put the two ingredients in a blender aaaand mix it! Rinse off the corn and kidney beans and allow to drain. Combine all the ingredients for the burgers, except the the vegetable oil, and knead well for 2 minutes.
Form 3 burgers from the mixture and fry the burgers in the heated oil. Roast the burger for 2 minutes over high heat on each side. Reduce the heat to medium and fry the burgers additional 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
For the salsa, wash and dice the tomatoes. Mix everything for the salsa.
For the guacamole, peel the avocado and remove the pit. Mash the pulp together with the lemon juice with a fork and add the salt and pepper.
Now, the big final: Wash the lettuce and toast the sliced sesame buns. Place the lettuce and the burger on the bottom of the bread and add the salsa, tortilla chips and the freeh guacamole. There you go… A piece of heaven… A piece of peace…

I'm the Queen of smoothies...
Hey Guys,
It's summertime and the good weather cries for some healthy, tasty, cold and so delicious smoothies! Check the recipes out!
Die Sonne scheint und das warme Wetter schreit förmlich nach ein paar kalten, leckeren Smoothies! Viel Spaß beim Nachmixen!
#1: Three-layered goddess
2 plums
1 banana
5 tablespoons of yoghurt
Juice of 2 squeezed oranges
A splash of lemon
Cut the banana in half. Add everything to the blender except the yoghurt and half a banana. Blitz it! Then put the smoothie in a glass, add the yoghurt and the banana and there you go: a three-layered goddess of smoothies... Yummy!

Blaue Haare
Ich war heute mit meiner Austauschpartnerin beim Friseur und während sie einen neuen Look bekommen hat, habe ich mir Gedanken über meine Haare gemacht. Da ich sie nicht schneiden wollte habe ich mir eine blaue Strähne machen lassen. Was denkt ihr? (Ich persönlich mag es)
I was with my exchange partner at the hairdresser today and while she was getting a new look I started to think about my own hair. Because I didn't want to cut them I decided to dye just a small part of it. What do you think? (I'm personally in love with it)

4 Wochen Türkei
Für mich geht es heute in die Türkei! Ich freue mich schon wahnsinnig und hoffe ihr schaut ab und zu bei mir vorbei. Folgt mir und meinem Minion Banana Bain zu den schönsten Orten der Türkei. Los geht's in Istanbul über Bodrum nach Ankara. Mein Minion und ich sagen:" Ciao"
